In September 2008 I got the idea to found a group in russian school of active people who would organise something interesting for foreign students who will come to Kiev to learn language. This is how IAESTE-Kyiv-Support course appeared. The IAESTE- Kyiv-Support group will help the IAESTE Team in Kiev to make the stay of foreign russian students as pleasant as possible. We are doing interesting activities with foreign students, so that they can explore Ukraine in the most attractive and exciting way, for example cooking Ukrainian food together with them or showing them a little bit around. Our group was also responsible of the organization of the IAESTE Day 2008.

When we started working for the IAESTE Day there were only about 3 weeks left before IASTE Party. According to the 60th anniversary of IAESTE the theme of the evening was “Viennese Ball”, to mark the grand importance of the occasion. We have got a To-Do-List from Natalia Viktorovna (teacher in our language school), our teacher and IAESTE-supporter, and this To-Do-List helped us a lot to organize everything.
