There were 3 different language groups in Kiev. Everybody who wanted to help could to learn russian language join any of these groups. The first Kiev group was responsible for learn russian, music, to arrange all the technique and the best proper songs russian for an evening like this. The second group was in charge for the food. We did not order catering from a company, because it is more fun to do it on our own. The third and last group had to care for the language decoration. The theme of this evening was “Viennese Ball” so the room where the party took place had to look like a glamorous ballroom.

As for me, I was a coordinator. I had never organised such a big party. I have got a lot of new experience. Everybody did a great job and the evening was really amusing.
